I think I finally figured everything out for this webring.  Here are the instructions: 1.  Fill out the form on the  join page.
2.  Save the No Authority Web Ring graphic (ringpic.jpg) as ringpic.jpg.
    (*not neccessary unless you edit the code a little.. i have it so it's linked to the graphic here.)
3. Copy the HTML code (found at the bottom of this page) and put it on to
   your page.
4. After you receive the email message that you've been added to the ring,
   replace your_id with your id number. (i.e. this page is #2 so in a link it would be  webring?ring=narawks;id=2;next)
